With a dynamic background in both competitive gymnastics and professional dance, she brings a powerful blend of athleticism, artistry, and experience to every class. Most recently, she spent three seasons as an NFL Cheerleader with the Denver Broncos (2021–2024), performing on some of the biggest stages in professional sports. A graduate of New Mexico State University, she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Dance and was a member of the university’s Sundancers Pom Team, further sharpening her skills in performance, technique, and team leadership. As a former competitive gymnast, gym manager, and head coach, she developed a deep understanding of athlete development and injury prevention. Today, she specializes in acrobatic dance instruction for both students and teachers—combining strength, flexibility, and creativity in every session. She also works as a high school, college, and pro audition prep specialist, helping dancers successfully navigate the audition process for pom, cheer, and professional dance teams.
