Ms. Vicki’s love for dance and baton began at the age of four, and from that moment on, she knew performing arts would always be part of her life. She then earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management/Marketing from Northwood University, where she continued her passion by studying jazz alongside her business coursework.

Ms. Vicki utilized her dance and baton talents to compete in Our Little Miss Pageant System, earning the title of 1994 World's Universal Princess, the same year she founded her business. Vicki Michelle was opened with a focus on fitness, etiquette, modeling, baton twirling, & drill team. The following year, she launched a competitive drill team, and soon after, added a full dance program—laying the foundation for what has become a thriving and respected studio.

With over 31 years of teaching experience, she is a certified United States Twirling Association Coach and Judge and holds a certification in Alixa Flexibility Module 1. Ms. Vicki is passionate about proper technique and injury prevention, believing that strong fundamentals are key to long-term success and safety in dance and twirling.

She has trained students who have gone on to win State, Regional, and National titles, and has served as a guest instructor for Tomball College, KISD, Berean Christian Academy, Cypress Christian School, Primrose, Spell Well Montessori School, Bear Branch Recreation Center, Mark Kistler Fine Arts Camp, Girl Scouts, Junior League, and National Charity League.

Ms. Vicki remains committed to her own professional development through ongoing training with industry leaders such as Rhee Gold, Ofer Ben, Avi Miller, Andrea Trench, Diane Gudat, and Jeanne May.

She is especially passionate about baton, young dancers, and foundational technique, and brings a warm, nurturing approach to teaching. A proud mother of three and grandmother of one, Ms. Vicki continues to inspire the next generation of dancers with heart, discipline, and creativity.
