KAYLI WEBBER

Ms. Kayli began her dance journey at the age of two, training in ballet, jazz, tap, and twirling. By the age of five, she entered the competitive world, earning numerous accolades across a wide range of dance and baton styles. Some of her most notable accomplishments include being named the 2021 AAU Junior Olympic Collegiate Baton Twirling Bronze Medalist, 2021 Texas Collegiate Champion, 2019 USTA Texas State Solo Grand Champion, 2019 National Beginner 2-Baton Champion, and 2018 NBTA World-Open Beginner Solo Champion.

Driven by her passion for both arts and education, Ms. Kayli earned a Bachelor of Arts in History with a Minor in Educational Studies from the University of Florida. Her studies focused not only on instructional techniques, but also on the science of motor skill development and injury prevention—an approach she brings into every class she teaches.

Ms. Kayli currently serves as VM Company & Acro Director, Instructor, and Accounts/PR Executive, with over 8 years of teaching experience and a lifelong love for the arts. Since graduating, she has continued to grow as both an educator and choreographer. Her students have earned scholarships and top placements at nationally recognized conventions/competitions, including Revel Dance Convention, Rainbow National Dance Competition, Guidance, 8 National Dance Competition, and more.

She is committed to ongoing professional development and continues to train with top industry educators such as Rhee Gold, Jackie Sleight, Richard Elszy, Godfrey Method, Acrobatic Arts, Drew Burgess, and more. Ms. Kayli is passionate about empowering dancers with strong technical foundations, performance confidence, and a joy for movement that lasts a lifetime.
