AERIAL SILKS & BALLET DIRECTOR

Ms. Morgan began her dance journey at the age of two, training classically in Ballet, Jazz, Lyrical, and Tap. She entered the competitive dance world at age six, earning numerous accolades along the way. At age ten, she expanded her training to include competitive baton twirling, and by age fourteen, she discovered her love for Aerial Silks.

Throughout her pre-professional career, Ms. Morgan achieved several notable accomplishments, including being named the 2016 AAU Junior Olympic Collegiate Baton Twirling Silver Medalist, starring as Cinderella in Cinderella and the Black Swan in Swan Lake, and performing featured roles in The Nutcracker and Don Quixote. She also proudly represented the University of Houston as a Feature Twirler, most memorably performing in the 2017 Houston Astros World Series Parade.

Her deep passion for the arts led her to explore multiple disciplines, while earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from the University of Houston, where she served as Feature Twirler from 2016–2018. After graduation, Ms. Morgan’s growing interest in circus arts inspired her to blend her skills in dance, baton, and aerial silks, leading her to become Aerial Silks & Ballet Director, Instructor of all Disciplines, and Studio Administrator at VM.

Ms. Morgan is a certified Alixa Flexibility Module 1 Instructor and a United States Twirling Association Coach and Judge with over 13 years of teaching experience. She has taught students who have achieved State, Regional, and National titles, and has worked with programs including Mark Kistler Fine Arts Camp.

​

Ms. Morgan is also an accomplished choreographer, creating original works for both ballet and aerial productions, showcasing her vision of uniting dance and circus arts. She continues to refine her craft through training with respected professionals such as Darla Day, Cece White, Claudia Dean World, and Aerial Physique.

​

Her creativity, versatility, and dedication make her a beloved, valued, and inspiring leader in the studio.
