Exchanges may be made within 14 days of the original purchase date and must be completed in person at the studio. To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Items that show signs of wear or are missing tags may not be accepted for exchange.

Orders placed through VM Dancewear are prepared and shipped from our studio. Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation notification. Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Local Pickup:
Customers may also choose to pick up their order in person at the studio. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the order size and delivery location.
